Cancellation/Refund Policy

Orders may not be cancelled once they have been processed. To check the status of an order and to attempt cancellation, please contact us.

Refunds will not be processed under any circumstances. In case you cancel an order that has been paid, you may use the credit towards a new order for 365 calendar days since the date of original payment.

In case the delivered goods are damaged, you may be eligible for a replacement if you contact us within 2 hours of delivery.

Full refund will be made for cancellations due to delay in fulfillment of the order.
